PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

From time to time, our products are marked down. If you have purchased an item that is now on sale within the last 7 days, we will gladly organise a one-time price adjustment. Please contact us at hello@littlenoa.com.au and we will review the order. If we agree, we will credit the price difference in the form of gift card which can be used for your next purchase. Please note: we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion started

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I PAID USING A GIFT CARD?

If you have paid using a gift card, a new gift card to the value of the purchase price of the item(s) will be issued. The refund will not include any delivery charges you paid. If you have opted for an exchange we will send out the alternative size to the agreed delivery address. We aim to process refunds within 5 business working days. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you haven’t submitted an order, you can clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket. If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse.
