We currently offer delivery across Australia using Australia Post.
All deliveries within Australia are sent on a tracked service with Australia Post. We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over $120. If your order does not qualify for free standard shipping then you can select a delivery option and you will be charged a fee as outlined below:
If you wish to have contactless delivery, please select the 'leave in a safe place' option at checkout. Alternatively, we recommend you use Australia Post Parcel Locker service. On completion of signing up for this service, you can enter the parcel locker address in the shipping address section, as outlined by Australia Post.
We accept orders that are delivered within Australia to a PO Box, please enter your details in the shipping address.
Please note that if you select the Australia Post Express shipping option, Australia Post has advised that due to COVID-19, there are delays to the network and they have temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee. International Taxes and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may encounter to release your goods. If you choose to return your order, these fees are unfortunately non-refundable.

Unfortunately, Zip Pay is not available for our New Zealand customers.
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday - Thursday, we will endeavour to ship the same day if possible. Please note that if your order is placed on a Friday, it may only be dispatched the following Monday.
You will be notified by email throughout the delivery service to keep you up to date.

Delivery time frames for domestic delivery range from 1-10 days for standard depending on your delivery location. For deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, remote/regional areas and international destinations, please expect a longer time frame for delivery.

During busy national holiday periods and sale events, it might take a little longer to dispatch your order, so please allow a few extra working days. We truly appreciate your understanding.

We know that sometimes mistakes can happen during the ordering process. If this happens, please contact Customer care asap either by phone 1300 942 223 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any changes to your order. We will do our best to accommodate your amendment, but please be mindful that as our warehouse starts processing orders immediately, it may not be possible to make changes, or cancel orders.
Please also be careful when entering your delivery address. If the order is dispatched to an incorrect address, we are not obligated to re-send the order at our expense.
Oh no! If your order does not arrive by the due date and you need help, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Please note, that due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is deemed lost in transit, we reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order.
